Please joing us for a "hands-on" cooking class using the Dacor convection ovens, gas and electric cooktops and convectionmicrowaves.  Participants will prepare Herb Roasted Chicken, Molasses and Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan and Balsamic Reduction, Foacaccia Bread, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Parmesan Herb Sweet Potato Fries, Bruscheet, Black Russian Bundt Cake and a Fresh Raspberry Galette with Lemon Topping.
