Chef Katy Cummings teaches students how to create 3 basic bread doughs, showing multiple forms (bread shapes) and uses/variation:  faccocia, 8-grain and raisin (rolls & loaf), challah (Kaiser rolls, braided loaf, cinnamon rolls).  Students will learn the basics of bread lingo (crust, crumb, gluten, structure, soaking, mixing, rising, proofting, etc.).
